Here's how fire and ice therapy typically works

Typically, a session of fire and ice therapy involves starting with heat for about 15-20 minutes, followed by cold for about 1 to 5 minutes. With a fire and ice session, you have 60 minutes to utilize the infrared sauna and cold plunge as many times as you desire.

Room Details: Our Infrared Sauna is equipped with a tablet and sound system so you can watch your favorite show or listen to your favorite music. Sauna includes light chromatography and a remote to select the color of your choice. Cold Plunge includes a towel warmer for a warm and cozy towel after your plunge. Towels, robes, hair ties, and make up wipes provided for your session.
Before you Plunge
Before your plunge, we recommend taking cold showers for a few days leading up to your plunge. Start with a few minutes in the shower and gradually work your way up. We also suggest practicing Wim Hof breathing techniques, seen in the YouTube video below.. This will train your body and mind to continue normal breathing during your session.
